Imprinted Concrete
The U.K is slowly embracing America's best loved paving product Pattern Imprinted Concrete (P.I.C). America leads the way within this Industry with many of our products and materials still coming direct from the USA. We work closely with all the major suppliers
Pattern Imprinted Concrete requires a specialist prescribed Concrete mix so we work closely with the concrete plants so we are provided with the best quality ready mix concrete in the business. The concrete contains not only the best cement, sand and stone, but special add mixtures to include re-enforced fibres, and air entrainment. Once laid we use only the highest quality colorant agents on the market to match the colour you have chosen for your project, two separate colouring agents are used to colour the concrete and upon this application the Imprinting mats are used to your exact specification to provide the texture or pattern you have designed during our meeting. Your driveway is then left to cure for a period dependant on the ambient outdoor temperature of 24 to 48 hours. Our technician will then return to wash off the colour agents and place the crack control joints in accordance with industry standards; we will then provide your home and your neighbours with a good power wash to our high standards. Again, dependant on ambient temperatures we will then visit you shortly after that to coat your driveway in a High quality Acrylic sealant. Once completed we will then provide you with a Structural guarantee for your new bespoke driveway, path or patio for 10 years. As we cannot lay concrete in the rain we cannot guarantee the timescale of the job we generally look to have all projects completed within 5-10 days from start to finish whilst in between each stage leaving a tidy and hassle free site, during the winter months there is a specially formulated mix which allows us to work all year round.

Resin bond Overlay System
